which type of water should we be drinking ?

so the other day whilst i was at gym i met a gorgeous 70 year old woman  πŸšΊπŸ‘©, who looks as if she is in her early 50's, so i started prying about her anti-aging secrets and to my expectation she looked towards me and said " drink a lot of water dear, it helps! oh and eat clean "😞😞😞. my response to her was of disappointment because millions of women nationally,  drink water every day including my grand mother who happens to be her age but still doesn't  look the way she does.  After my long pause i finally said to her, but i do drink water and every one does and a great quantity at that. she replied back and stated that " the problem is that you are drinking the wrong type of water".

It then clicked to me that for years we have been told to drink water, everyday, drink not only a glass but one liter a day, looking back we were never told the type of water to drink or even told that there are types of water to choose from 😲😲😲😲😲😲😲 . The Big question is which other type of water is there?  aside from normal purified water or natural spring water that could aid in our health.

The answer to that is  Distilled water !!!!!πŸ’ƒπŸ’ƒπŸŽŠπŸŽŠπŸ’ƒ

Distilled water is water that has gone through the process of distillation , which is one of the treatments used to kill harmful micro-organisms from water. the process of distillation also removes heavy metals and other contaminants  from the water. so in simpler terms distilled water is treated by boiling the water then condensing the steam into a clean container.

So what is the difference between distilled water and normal purified tap water ?

The water that we get from our taps is chemically purified meaning that chemicals like chlorine  is added to the water to remove and kill micro-organisms. At this point distilled water might look more healthier but there is negativism with this water to.

whilst distilled water aids in removal of toxins, contaminants and certain chemicals in the body, and at the same time having no additives. it may seem like a healthier option than normal tap water but the down fall to distilled water is that the process of distillation removes beneficial minerals from the water. so the water it self lacks in the beneficial minerals not only that...✋πŸƒ drinking distilled water also promotes increased urination and loss of important electrolytes ( potassium, magnesium and calcium) which we need to maintain a healthy  balance in our bodies.

so what ever the reason is for your choice in water, be it to loose weight, be it to detox, or be it to build that summer body, remember that distilled water lacks minerals and it is important that you replace or replenish beneficial minerals in your diet. Remember to choose water that is most appropriate for your needs.
